Through no fault of their own, the traumas our families endued can still vibrate through us and into our lives. We can clear unhelpful vibrations and patterns, find unity with the true wisdom of our ancestors.
Why Ancestral or shamanic healing?
About me
I am an African woman, half from Mali on my mother’s side and half from Ghana on my father’s side. I come from a big family, with a massive extended family. My father and mother are very well respected in our community. We were brought up with good strong values. However, growing up was not easy and I definitely had some difficult experiences. I can say with confidence that my ancestors have been leading and assisting me throughout my life, to find the healing I needed and found a deeper connection to them. On my path to find who I was, I met a shaman, who helped me heal what was out of alignment. It was a profound moment for me. I came back to myself, and I am continuing to develop.

Ancestral Lineage Healing
We are all connected. We are all connected to our families past and present. Therefore, healing your life of the traumas and difficulties includes assisting in healing your ancestors of theirs. Shamanic healing
A divine consciousness spirit led healing aims to bring balance and deep soul level healing. It an ancient healing modality dating back to the beginning of recorded time. Relax and experience the chanting, drumming and rattling as I travel between worlds to bring back healing. Traumas whether you know their origin or not, that make your life experience difficult in some way, can be cleared at a soul level. Bringing balance on your physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, auric field and chakras at once.
Isis Energy healing
This spiritual healing modality, works with the highest frequencies of the Living Light (Divine consciousness) that aims to heal at a soul level and bring us back to our inner knowing and authentic self and embrace our soul’s purpose.
AromaTouch Technique
The AromaTouch Technique uses CPTG Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade essential oils by Doterra. They are gently applied to the skin on the back and under the feet. The technique also uses specific guidelines and instructions for both dosage and application that make it safe and effective way to receive the full benefits of essential oils. AromaTouch is gentle and can be adapted to accommodate young or sensitive skin.
Aromatherapy
Massage using medium pressure or deeper for full body relief can be applied using just oil or essential oils.
Sovereignty Health Check
